Implementation Plan

Kallappanna Awade Cooperative Industrial Estate and Integrated Textile Park Ltd. would be responsible for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the assets Common facilities & Infrastructure. The Company would adequately staff its operations and maintenance team and carry out the entire O&M activity in-house.

Kallappanna Awade Cooperative Industrial Estate and Integrated Textile Park Ltd. would recover its fixed costs as well as O&M charges from the Industrial Units by way of the following monthly charges:
• Charge I – Monthly Fixed Infrastructure Charge appointed to all units on the basis of allocable area to each of the Textile Units (including various charges related to debt recovery)
• Charge II – Variable Utility Charge based on monthly consumption of utilities such as water and power together with variable expenses of SPV apportioned to all units on the basis of allocable area to each of the Textile Units

The following contractual agreements would be executed between KATP and the Textile Units to facilitate execution of project and collection of monthly charges:
• Share Subscription Agreement between SPV and the Textile Units
• Leave and License Agreement between SPV and the Textile Units providing rights to the Textile Units for Setting up manufacturing Facilities in the Park

Following statutory Clearances will be required:
• Consent to Establish from Maharashtra State Pollution Control Board
• The park would apply for all other necessary statutory clearances in due course
